Because the transcript was wrong, Neil, and because somebody had to read the fine print while you did the one giant leap routine.

Buzz, you literally kept arguing with the transcript for 50 years like it owed you money.

I was in orbit doing the most exclusive job in history and somehow still got less attention than your fist.

I was literally the only one doing all the real work in orbit and still got treated like the backup battery.

Buzz, you also got the speech that started with a giant line and ended with you trying to make it about yourself.

This thread is exactly why I stayed in the command module.

Everyone keeps arguing about the moon while ignoring that the rocket was the only one carrying the entire conversation.
